Dry Eye Centre

I have had very successful treatment at Dry Eye Center. Even after the first visit my painful, dry eye symptoms were alleviated. I have now had three IPL and red light treatments and my eyes are completely comfortable. The specialists who have been treating me, Tej, have been excellent, listening to and understanding all my concerns, explaining everything and taking meticulous records to monitor progress. I cannot be more impressed. Thank you!

Dr Trivedi has been amazing over the past year, and her IPL and associated treatments have completely transformed my dry eyes, and the way in which they affect me day-to-day. She is so kind, answers every question I have, and walks me through each treatment so reassuringly. Jo-Anna is also so helpful and considerate too. I have had such a positive experience with Dr Trivedi at Dry Eye Centre, and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

After years of struggling with dry eye symptoms, I can say that Dr. Connan Tam not only understood my condition but also addressed the full spectrum of symptoms, from treatment, to the day to day care, including the prescription of eye glasses that perfectly fit my symptoms. The Dry Eye Centre is located in a lovely property that’s been thoughtfully modernised to feel clean, bright, and welcoming. The facilities are second to none, with cutting-edge technology and a calm, professional atmosphere. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Minakshi, my dry eye specialist, is outstanding—knowledgeable, skilful, and refreshingly down-to-earth. Her expertise and great sense of humour put me at ease from the start, and the treatments she’s provided have made living with my condition so much more manageable. The clinical room she uses is always spotless, private, and comfortable. The service overall is exemplary, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone seeking expert care.

I have dry eyes and was looking for relief. I happened on the Dry Eye Centre. I was impressed by their professionalism from the first appointment with the wide variety of tests conducted and the explanations for everything. We’ve explored a few different treatment options and they’ve been effective at providing relief. The advice, patience, professionalism and friendly rapport which has now developed makes going to the centre always an enjoyable experience as well as a therapeutic one for my eyes.

Dry Eye Centre and in particular Fazlin are absolutely amazing, the whole team could not do more for you, they are always so friendly and reassuring. Since seeing Fazlin my dry eyes have improved drastically. I am so glad I found Dry Eye Centre and could not recommend this clinic enough! I have been attending Connan’s clinic for IPL and gland expression since I was first diagnosed with dry eye disease 4 years ago and more recently, low level light therapy. When I first attended the clinic I was in a lot of pain and very distressed. Whilst his level of knowledge is unsurpassed and put me at ease, what sets him apart is his empathy. He is open about suffering from dry eye disease himself which means that he understands how unpleasant it can be. Since then I have had an increase in my oil production and therefore my quality of life has improved too. As a retired doctor myself, he is one of the few people I truly trust with my eyelids!
